Conditions
To be taken in the CO-2 pool, it is a condition to work in a club as a dj or booking dj, at least once time per week. Besides, the DJ must be active as a voting dj, in at least one of a DJ charts.

Cooperation
The admission in our CO-2 pool dependents on it, like conscientiously, completely and truthfully the specifications on the following sides are filled out. A review of all specifications is carried out by us! CO-2 reserves itself this surely to refuse the admission without naming of reasons. Furthermore the DJ has to inform CO-2 promotion if the dj changes private address or other dates like the club, which are important for the dj promotion!

Feedback
The feedback must be sent back by the called date or be constructed on-line. If this had to go repeated without specification of an important reason (illness, vacation) are missing, the dj can be canceled direct in the promotion list! Till then paid fees cannot be refunded.

Ownership structure
Promoted sound carriers (MP3, vinyl, CD) are and remain a property of CO-2 Promotion or your client and may not be transmitted into three parts. The sound carriers are determined exclusively for promotion. Unauthorised duplication, digitization, publication on the Internet, exchange and sales (incl. internet auctions) is strictly forbidden. Offences against the AGB's lead to the immediate exclusion from the promotion list and to the return of the promoted sound carriers; in this case we reserve ourselves criminal and civil steps!

Call right / date secret
After confirmation of the AGB's as well as the DJ application the DJ has to make the possibility within 14 days of his right of withdrawal to use. Besides, the DJ with the content as well as the electronic processing of his stated dates agrees with the confirmation this AGB's and confirms his specifications of the truth correspond. In addition, CO-2 promotion undertakes all specifications to treat confidentially and to transmit not into three parts!
